  • Prague
    It's no secret that Prague is one of Europe's most magical, affordable and beautiful cities, a perfect addition to any interrail route. The 'City of a Thousand Spires' is an architectural gem, the city has been an important UNESCO World Heritage Site which attracts more and more tourists every year! The narrow streets open up onto fantastic squares which host to medieval-looking homes and historical buildings for you to explore! Start in the centre of the Old Town, home to the major sights and has been the city's main marketplace for a millennium.

  • Krakow
    When you travel across Europe, you will find that there are many beautiful cities, but nothing compares to the beauty of the Old Town in Krakow. You can take on this city by foot as all the main sights are within walking distance. All of the cobbled streets and squares, scenic parks and medieval castle walls are added extras! Thousands of people visit this city every year with the aim to visit the poignant Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial, which is unquestionably the most important trip to do on this European Treasures interrail route.

  • Bratislava
    On this interrail route, you will travel to Bratislava, one of the most underrated cities in Eastern Europe and Europe as a whole! This charming city boasts spectacular architecture and rich history. The Danube river flows along the edge of downtown Bratislava and links Vienna, Bratislava and Budapest together. The Bratislava Castle is the most recognisable landmark of the city, dominating the skyline along with the Danube. Climb one of the towers and witness breathtaking panoramic views of Slovakia and Austria!

  • Budapest
    Next stop on this European Treasures interrail route is Budapest! Travel to the city in Europe that is nicknamed the City of Spas for a reason, as it's filled with beautiful baths all with healing properties. Not to mention, the architecture surrounding the baths is a sight to see on its own! Take a walk through the streets of this city and you will notice the beauty becomes apparent. You will soon understand why many tourists flock here for a city break every year. The buildings here take on many architectural styles and the city is famous for its Art Nouveau architecture. Budapest's foodie scene is increasingly interesting, with plenty of restaurants and cafes serving up delicious local dishes such as goulash!

  • Ljubljana
    You then travel to Ljubljana, Slovenia's capital city is the hidden gem of Europe and is loved by our customers! Any interrail route deserves to have Ljubljana included. This is a city renowned for green space, beautiful bridges and buildings. As well as dozens of different urban design elements such as lamposts, pillars, and pyramids. While you're here you need to visit Lake Bled. This is definitely one of the most spellbinding places in Slovenia, if not Europe. This incredibly scenic lake near the Alps looks too good to be real! With the island church, clifftop castle, and mountain backdrop, you're sure to find more than enough to keep you entertained here!

  • Salzburg
    Travel to Austria to visit the beautiful Salzburg. A lot of people don't know much about this fantastic city, apart from the fact it was the backdrop for The Sound of Music. So, include Salzburg on an interrail route, you have to include a Sound of Music tour! Similar to Vienna, Salzburg is a Baroque city with architecture that will make you feel as if you're in a fairytale novel. A DIY tour of this city is a must as walking distances between attractions and establishments are short.

  • Zurich
    Your penultimate stop on this interrail route is Zurich, a wealthy and efficiently run city that is known more as a business hub rather than a sightseeing city. Zurich is often overlooked as a tourist destination, but it's slowly coming out of its shell! This culturally vibrant Swiss city is emerging as one of Europe's top destinations with more people choosing to travel to this city every year! Residents of Zurich are starting to shred their conservative image to embrace their inner party animal! The beautiful Historic Centre, found in the Old Town, is known as the culture cup of Zurich.

  • Paris
    It's no secret that Paris is one of the most romantic cities in Europe and one of the most visited cities in the world. So if you travel across Europe, Paris is a MUST! There are endless reasons to visit Paris more than once, it is not only a beautiful and cultural city, it's very walkable and hosts great sights, and it has been a source of inspiration for many writers, artists, and filmmakers. As Audrey Hepburn famously said, 'Paris is always a good idea', and we couldn't agree more. From those bucket list attractions like the Eiffel Tower to picture-perfect pleasures like a picnic on the Champ de Mars, Paris really does offer something for everyone!

Your Interrail Pass

We provide you with an Interrail pass to cover all your rail journeys between each city throughout your trip. Your Interrail Pass is used along with any compulsory seat reservations required for your trip.

Compulsory Reservations

We include all compulsory seat reservations required during your trip. This means no pre-booking or making arrangements before you go. Simply use your Interrail Pass alongside the reservation we provide you with. Your reservations will be added to your app for ease of access.

Ferries & Buses

Some of the trips include buses and/or ferries between cities. These will also be included as part of your Interrailing Package.

Important

Please note, travel to Europe on one of our packages, travel from your departing city is not included so you will need to book flights to the first city and home from the last city for this package.

All our package prices are based on Youth Interrail Passes, so our clients who are over 26 years of age at the time of travel will be required to pay an extra £75.00 for an Adult Interrail Pass.

Miss a train? Got a problem? Fear not!! Each E-Travel Pack contains an emergency contact number enabling you to contact one of our team 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We are always at hand to ensure you are never alone and that any issues are resolved immediately. All our staff are fully trained and have immediate access to your trip itinerary so that you don’t spend too much time & money explaining who & where you are!!

The Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT) provides financial protection under The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 for Interrailingpackages Ltd Member ship number 5351, and in the event of their insolvency, protection is provided for:

 

  • Non-flight packages

 

ABTOT cover provides for a refund in the event you have not yet travelled or repatriation if transportation was included in your package.  Please note that bookings made outside the UK are only protected by ABTOT when purchased directly with Interrailingpackages Ltd.

Covid 19 Updates

Following the outbreak of Covid19 across Europe in 2020, Interrailingpackages added some additional provisions to ensure our clients are always kept safe:

 

  • Free Date Change up to 28 days before your departure should there be new concerns around any new Covid19 outbreak.

 

  • New E-Ticket & App Services: Get ALL your train reservations, tour tickets & other travel information documents added to your Interrailing App account free of charge so they can be accessed at the touch of your thumb and with little or physical contact.

 

  • Mobile Interrail Pass: From January 2021, you will be able to get your Interrail pass sent directly to your mobile phone meaning for the first time your Interrail adventure can be totally ticketless!
