Cork

The second largest city of Ireland Cork is situated in the South-western part of the country and is highly populated. It is adorned by enormous beautiful places to visit for a lifetime. The temperature in this city is moderate making it a perfect travel destination except for the huge amounts of rain throughout the year. Cork is known by its culture and heritage structures and castles that are dated back in history- with the Blarney Castle a particular favourite! x

Many travelers come here to kiss the Blarney Stone for good luck, hike around Gougane Barra, and bask in the postcard-perfect coastal landscapes around Mizen Head.

Ireland’s southernmost attraction, Mizen head is the tip of the peninsula near Cork. Make a point of climbing the 99 steps and walk the suspension bridge to enjoy the crashing Atlantic as it smashes against the stunning landscape.

At Cork butter museum, you can learn about all things butter. You’ll learn how butter was first made in Ireland, how they used to preserve butter in bogs, and how the commercial butter trade blossomed here into a huge industry. While it’s a quirky museum it’s also super informative and unlike any other museum you’ll visit!
